Dylan's Birthday in School

This is actually the first time that Dylan is celebrating his birthday in school.  He was really looking forward to it and was actually crossing off dates in the calendar in anticipation.

In the end, it was a busy, tiring day for everyone but despite it, everyone was happy and well-fed :)








It was fortunate that it was Dana's last day of exams in her school so she was able to come with me to Dylan's school to help with preparations.  We brought cake that was a gift to both Dana and Dylan from their Lolo Ben and Tita Lynne. :)  We also ordered additional snacks from the nearby Jollibee and had it delivered to the classroom.  It was really convenient :)

Since today was Friday, the kids had their PE Class, so they all trooped to the ground for some exercises.  They then played Dodge ball but none of them could get the instructions right LOL

Running around and playing with everyone was enough to get everyone hungry and thirsty.  The kids couldn't wait to start digging in :)  It was also a good thing that we ordered more than what was necessary because there were guests and teachers who were in the classroom at the same time :)

Before everyone left for the day, Dylan distributed his loot bags :)

 Those smiles are proof that Dylan will remember this day for a long time :)
