October 2021 - Dana headed to SM City Manila to register for the 2022 Philippine National Elections. While normal activities are slowly picking up despite Covid, masks, face shields and social distancing are still enforced to prevent the continued spread of the virus.
First step was filling out the registration form. Well, you get a blank copy of the form from the officer-in-charge and fill that out while in your seat, in line. The line moves fast anyhow, and it's more convenient since everyone's place is clearly defined.
When it's her turn, she went up to the table and submitted her Registration Form to the Officer-in-Charge for evaluation and verification. You need to present one valid ID.
Once that was over, you get an acknowledgement receipt that they received your application, sort of proof of your registration.
She got home safe and fulfilled after that. :) She can't wait to vote in 2022 for her first National Elections.
