We feel fortunate that every Sunday, the kids get a chance to learn how to bike at the NBO Bike Lessons ground in BGC. Well, actually Dana's getting better but Dylan still has a long way to go. We savor these moments because kids grow up so fast. At least we're all having fun as a family. :)
It was surprising that today, there was hardly anyone at the site considering we were there at around lunchtime. It must have been because kids are due to go back to school after the long ASEAN break and they didn't want to get tired :)
Anyway, we were glad that there wasn't anyone around haha But, while the kids were biking (Patrick was on the bike to help guide Dylan), there was a sudden downpour and we all rushed to the safety of the sidewalk. That was refreshing at first but it made it even hotter later :)
We were only able to stay for an hour today. I guess it was because we haven't had lunch yet so we didn't have that much energy and the rain caused it to be hotter which was more tiring for the kids.
However, Dana appreciated the fact that she could perfect her riding skills without having to bump into anyone at the site :) She's becoming really good now :) Check out her short video below :)
To the National Bicycle Organization, we hope you'll become a permanent fixture in BGC for all of us who want to learn how to bike :) Now, Dana wants a bike for Christmas haha
